I first picked up a camera before a mission trip to Haiti, wanting to capture the heart of what we were experiencing so I could bring those moments home and share them with my church. What began as a desire to document meaning quickly grew into a calling — first photographing meaningful seasons for friends and family, and eventually the sacred, joy-filled stories of weddings. My faith is the foundation of both my life and my business; it shapes how I serve, how I connect, and how I care for the people in front of my lens. For me, photography is more than beautiful images — it’s about honoring your story, building genuine relationships, and serving you with intention every step of the way.

The name *In The Fire Photo* is deeply rooted in my faith and my desire to honor God through the work I do. When I began searching for a name, I knew I wanted something that reflected my love for Him and could naturally become part of the conversations I share with my clients. As my husband and I brainstormed together, he suggested the name — and I immediately knew it was the one. Since then, it has already opened doors for meaningful conversations about faith and has become a reminder that this work is ultimately about serving others and sharing God’s love through what I create.
